    The new I-35W bridge from end to end

    With both the north and southbound spans in place, the new I-35W bridge is nearly complete. Following up on our April 2008 video tour, MinnPost reconnected with Mn/DOT's Kevin Gutknecht on Thursday to view the progress. We walked the entire span of the bridge and captured an up-close look at some of the fascinating details of bridge construction on a hot summer afternoon.
