No doubt that’s a question Bee Vang gets a lot. This Friday, the Robbinsdale High School student, along with three other Hmong actors from the movie "GranTorino," will take part in a panel discussion at the University of Minnesota.
(Sorry — no Clint).
Rutgers University’s Louisa Shein, one of the country’s foremost experts on Hmong culture, will moderate.
"Grand Torino" panel discussion at the U of M. 4:30-5:30 p.m. Friday, Feb. 20, Rm. 175 in Willey Hall, 225 19th Ave. S., Minneapolis. The event is free and open to the public.
