New board of directors for St. Paul Winter Carnival

The Saint Paul Festival and Heritage Foundation, which runs St. Paul's Winter Carnival, has a new board of directors:
Board Chair: Kari Boe Schmidtz, Hennepin County
Vice Chair: Bob Hughes, Pioneer Press
Treasurer: Steve Snelling, Sand Companies, Inc.
Secretary: Dennis Prchal, Western Insurance Agency
Board Members:
Misty Engler, Gander Mountain
Adam Johnson, Saint Paul Convention and Visitors Authority
Randy Kemnitz, Xcel Energy
Les Malmquist, Superior Selections
Bernie Swafford, Spartan Promotions
Gretchen Vrieze, I.Q. Marketing
