Back in the day, and before Myron Johnson founded Ballet of the Dolls (the most outré of our local ballet companies), he worked with composer Steven Rydberg at the Children’s Theatre Company. After years of talking about collaborating once again, they’ve reunited to create “Our Way: Johnson and Rydberg,” opening this weekend at the Ritz Theater.
The show features the dancers moving with grace and simplicity to Rydberg’s evocative scores. To watch a preview, go here.
“Our Way: Johnson and Rydberg,” various times through March 14. Ritz Theater, Minneapolis. Tickets $15-$20. 612-436-1129
