Corey Anderson

Corey Anderson attended the Minneapolis College of Art and Design, where he received a B.F.A. in Visual Communications.

Anderson rose from ad designer to art director during a six-year stint at City Pages during the 1990s, where he also art-directed Minnesota Parent and Q Monthly. In the fall of 2001, he joined The Rake as art director/production manager/web editor. He returned to City Pages in 2003 as the marketing creative director before moving to the online managing editor position in the fall of 2004. Anderson joined MinnPost in August 2007 as web editor. He also became MinnPost's creative director in 2011.

His satirical photo illustrations have appeared in the New York Times, the New York Post, Newsday, the Atlanta Journal-Constitution, the Tampa Tribune, Wonkette, the book "The Brokeback Book: From Story to Cultural Phenomenon" and the documentary "Pete McCloskey: Leading from the Front." He lives in St. Paul and has an extra set of ribs.
