Reuben is a traffic engineer and transportation planner with WSB & Associates, Inc. He has masters degrees in both Civil Engineering and Urban and Regional Planning from the University of Minnesota. He authors the cycling blog VeloTraffic.com and tweets at @reubencollins. He lives in South Minneapolis with his wife and daughter. In his spare time, he enjoys renovating his 1939 tudor home and riding bicycles.
