    November prize drawings: Betsy, Tacy and great coffee

    Class, please pipe down and pay attention. We have two literary prize drawings during November -- and each drawing will have two winning clubs.

    The first drawing will be Monday, Nov. 23. The second will be Monday, Nov. 30.

    The four winning book clubs will be drawn at random from our ever-growing list of 123 registered book clubs.

    Two clubs will receive a Maud Hart Lovelace Betsy-Tacy package. The seven-book package includes the complete, classic Betsy-Tacy series set in Mankato. Bonus book: “The Mother-Daughter Book Club” -- which may inspire you to start one.  

    The other two clubs will receive five one-pound bags of fresh coffee beans provided by Peace Coffee. What goes better with a great book?

    As Thanksgiving nears, we’re feeling grateful to everyone who’s spreading the word about MinnPost.com’s new Book Club Club.
