Still waiting for callbacks, but an alert reader informs me Hubbard Broadcasting has also sued Ramsey County for unopened absentee ballots. That suit was filed Thursday; as earlier noted, KSTP-TV's parent filed suit against St. Louis County Monday.
The Ramsey story was tricky to find because it wasn't on KSTP's website as of Tuesday, 3 p.m. The station did make a brief mention of the case on Thursday's 10 p.m. news. The only mention I could find via Google and Google News searches was a short item here.
No word on whether Minnesota's other 85 counties should expect legal papers, but I'm still working the phones and Internets.
