Secrets of the City relaunches

The former Rake mag site + MnSpeak debuts a spiffed-up interface without the blog and magazine content the site is no longer buying.

SOTC is now more tightly focused on chatter (though Twitter has taken some of that mojo away) and things to do/see/drink/eat. Impresario Matt Bartel promises a full happy hour database and local blog aggregator, among other quick-hittables.

I still enjoy spending time there, so it's nice to see the principals still trying.

The big question is will Britt Robson still have his amazing basketball writing there? There are enough other places for things to eat.
