Forget your headphones at home before a long flight? You'll soon be able to buy a replacement set at a Best Buy airport vending machine. The Richfield company is rolling out a dozen Best Buy Express kiosks at eight airports around the country, including Minneapolis-St. Paul International. The stations will let customers swipe a credit card to buy such items as cell phones, cameras, computer accessories, flash drives, MP3 players, headphones and travel adapters and chargers.

Flatiron Construction, the contractor building the new Interstate 35W bridge, already fired two workers involved in an assault near the construction site. Now, it might also pay the medical bills for the victim of the attack, Finance and Commerce reports. The Minnesota Independent reported that the victim and his wife were leaving a gay bar when a group of men in orange vests approached them. One of the men asked the victim if he was gay before proceeding to attack him.

Today is Digital River's 10th anniversary as a publicly traded company. A delegation of the Eden Prairie-based e-commerce company rang Nasdaq's opening bell this morning. Over the weekend, the Pioneer Press' Leslie Brooks Suzukamo profiled how Digital River survived the "dot-com roller coaster" ride. Major companies, including Mattel, Microsoft and Symantec, hire the firm to handle the "behind the scenes" work of managing e-commerce transactions.
