    MakeMusic founder Paulson resigning

    John Paulson, founder of MakeMusic Inc., has resigned as co-CEO and director of the Eden Prairie-based maker of software and systems for music educators and musicians. He will be a consultant during the transition while the other co-CEO, Ron Raup, who came to the company about a year ago, runs the company.
