    We're No. 1! Twin Cities rank as 'best for business' second year in row

    Another ranking! Another ranking! The Twin Cities area is by "far and away" the best metro area for business, says the Wall Street Journal's MarketWatch.com. It's the second year in a row that we've topped the list, and this year we widened the gap over second-place Boston. The ranking is based on company concentration and job growth. The website's Los Angeles bureau chief was dispatched here with a video camera to ask: "How can this region, which may seem like an Arctic outpost to many, end up placing so high?" Watch:
