UnitedHealth Group is warning investors that enrollment in its commercial health plans for employers could drop by as many as 1.5 million members next year, Reuters reports. The health insurer said at its annual investor conference this morning that economic conditions and health care reform efforts could make for a challenging environment in 2009.
