A new ranking of the best companies for developing leaders places 3M atop the list, over companies such as GE and IBM.
USA Today has a Q&A with 3M CEO George Buckley about how the company tries to create the leaders of the future.

One newsier bit from the interview: Buckley says Sen. Norm Coleman sought out his advice before deciding whether to support an auto-industry bailout.
