General Mills is recalling some of its Nature Valley Granola Nut Clusters products because of salmonella concerns.
The company said in a press release that the snack mixes contain pecans from a supplier that is investigating possible contamination.
The recall doesn't include Nature Valley granola bars, and no other General Mills products are affected, the company said.
The recall includes products with the following "best if used by dates": 07MAR2010, 08MAR2010, 09MAR2010, 10MAR2010, 11MAR2010. Consumers are urged to dispose of the snacks and contact General Mills for a refund at 1-800-231-0308.
