The video game console wars are heating up, says the Kotatku gamer blog, and Best Buy leaks are behind a couple of the site's most-talked-about stories today.
One tipster at Best Buy sent a blurry snapshot of an upcoming ad, which appears to confirm rumors that the Xbox 360 will be dropping in price to $249 and $299.
And Best Buy appears to be bracing for a wave of people trying to return Playstation 3's for a new slim model. An internal memo obtained by the site authorizes stores to offer a free game to customers to keep their older systems purchased within the last 30 days.
