When considering the fact that it's employees offered not only advice, but active participation in human trafficking for purposes of prostitution, the actions and statements of Rep's Ellison and McCollum in defense of ACORN are as baffling to thoughtful people as the statement Woopi Goldberg made yesterday in defense of a convicted pedophile.

John Edwards, another paragon of Democrat truth and virtue, once said there are two Americas, and I have to give him credit where credit is due.

Once again, the two posters who preceded me demonstrate that there two Americas: the intelligent America and their America. Mr. Swift, with Louisiana's Vitter suddenly discovering that he has a family, with Senator Ensign buying off his mistress through her family, with Mark Foley texting his underage page, et al, the conservatives live in a glass house. The difference between those Republicans and John Edwards is that he never went around telling us how "moral" he is. If you can't see the hypocrisy there, then you are truly hopeless.

ACORN is being railroaded because it has been successful in organizing poor people, and it scares the crap out of the ruling class so they must be stopped with trumped up charges. There has never been one case of actual voter fraud, only voter registration fraud and it was reported by ACORN and not sniffed out by any investigation.

There has never been a committee hearing to do an investigation on ACORN's "Crimes" and so the vote to stop funding violates the tradition of 'innocent until proven guilty,' which seems to be hokey-dokey with conservatives considering how they like to lock people up without trial or hearing for looking like terrorists, they love to torture people for revenge and they love funding subcontractors like Blackwater/XE who roam Baghdad looking for Muslims to slaughter.

Also, the defenders of Joe "You Lie!" Wilson have a foot-in-mouth problem, Mr. McConnell.

Finally, as has been pointed out, the sting on the ACORN employee who gave advice on trafficking was a case of someone sniffing out the ruse and having some fun with it.

Vitter, Ensign and especially Foley are a disgrace to themselves and their families, and anyone that says otherwise, or tries to diminish their perfidy is nuts.
