    Does the 'wind chill' affect your car?

    We all know that it feels colder in the wind, and that the wind chill puts a number on that feeling. One of the most-asked questions we get is whether wind chill affects cars. Meteorologist Dave Dahl talks about the impact wind chill has on whether your car will start, and if parking your car in a garage helps.
