WASHINGTON — President Barack Obama's three-day economic bus tour will kick off in Cannon Falls, Minn. on Monday.
Obama will hold a town hall event at Lower Hannah's Bend Park in the town, 45 miles southeast of Minneapolis. The event starts at 11:45 and is free and open to the public, but tickets are required. They're available at Cannon Falls City Hall, starting Sunday at 1:00 p.m.
From Minnesota, Obama will travel to Peosta, Iowa and western Illinois. According to the White House: "The President will discuss ways to grow the economy, strengthen the middle class and accelerate hiring in communities and towns across the nation and hear directly from Americans, including small business owners, local families, private sector leaders, rural organizations, and government officials."
