The Artscape matching pool of $9,500 has so far attracted more than $2,200 in additional donations.

That’s great. But there’s plenty left in the pool to continue matching new Artscape donations dollar for dollar.

Since last summer, Pamela Espeland has written four times a week about what’s going on in the arts world. And not just the world of major arts organizations. She covers plays at tiny theaters, poetry readings, jazz and chamber music concerts, gallery openings, arts-related talks and lectures and small film festivals.

Thanks to everyone who has donated so far. We greatly appreciate every donation and every comment, and we’ll continue to publish comments as they come in.
