    Public radio, but not that public radio

    We sent a special email this morning to MinnPost members, asking them to sign up for and distribute five or 10 of our new lawn signs that say "I listen to MPR®, but I read MinnPost.com."

    We already have a lot of takers, but David Porter, a longtime lawyer in South Minneapolis, had a problem. He wrote:  "But I listen to KFAI..."


    And in a comment on our story about the lawn sign campaign, Bruce Adomeit wrote: "….Mark me down as preferring something that proclaims loyalty to the Minneapolis Public Schools' jazz/education station and its North High School announcers at 88.5 on the dial:

    I listen to KBEM-FM
    but I read
    www.minnpost.com"


    So, here you go. Two PDFs (KFAI | KBEM) that you can use to make your own signs, if you are a MinnPost.com reader who listens to public radio, but not that public radio.
