Baseball legend Tony Oliva still hitting home runs after all these years
By Ken Ronnan | 02/16/09
Former Minnesota Twins player Tony Oliva didn't need steriods to hit this home run. The 1964 AL Rookie of the Year challenges his grandson in a game of baseball for the Wii. Perhaps it was his eight consecutive All-Star appearances that helped him out. After a couple of strkes Oliva hits a double, only to be followed up by a home run. Oliva laughs it up while getting the reluctant high-five from his losing grandson. For a kid, getting beat in a video game by your grandparent is a sad day, even if he is a baseball legend.
