    'Quiet on the Set': Making a movie in your local library

    Don't mind the noise. First-time filmmakers to professional crews are invited to take part in a short-film competition, hosted by metro public libraries. The rules are simple. They are looking for films, 5 minutes long or less, which feature both the inside and outside of a library and a "good ole" library card. In this video Joseph Sattler shares his filmmaking experience from winning a public-library competition last year.

    For those interested in making a film but don't know how to get started, some libraries will offer free filmmaking workshops. Films will be screened for the public at an area theater this August.
