    Sen. Klobuchar answers question on Airline Passenger Bill of Rights

    Sen. Amy Klobuchar addresses a question about recent incidents in which passengers were forced to sit on a plane on the tarmac for over five hours waiting to take off. Klobuchar says the situation is more common than you might think and wants an upgrade in air traffic control systems.

    The Airline Passenger Bill of Rights is co-sponsored by Klobuchar and calls for adequate food and water onboard planes as well as a three-hour wait limit on the tarmac.
