    In a down housing market, how well does a free house sell?

    People will often leave items for free outside their house along the road, but a free house is an entirely different find. Owner Mitch Augeson thought why tear down a perfectly good home when someone could make use of it. The house itself was free. Takers just needed pay shipping and handling, a move that could cost up to $20,000. Augeson needed the 800-square-foot home moved to make space for a flea market on his property.
