Military mother sues after letter to son returned with 'deceased' stamp

A Duluth woman was shocked after a letter she sent to her son in Iraq was returned with a “deceased” stamp — only to learn the next day that her son was alive. She is now suing the postal service, which has twice denied any evidence of negligence, for more than $50,000 in emotional distress.
