Red River flood prediction puts residents on alert again

The rising Red River is causing concern for residents of the Fargo-Moorhead area who still have fresh memories of last year's flood. The National Weather Service predicts water levels will peak at 38 feet by Sunday. That level is 3 feet lower than last year's flood.
