Training to ID ash trees seen as vital to successful ash-borer quarantine plan

To control the movement of the invasive emerald ash borer, the Minnesota Department of Agriculture held a training session to teach people who work at or operate brush disposal sites how to recognize ash trees. Keeping ash tree wood in a quarantine area helps protect ash trees in other parts of the state from destruction.
