Woman's right to vote: Marking the 90th anniversary of the 19th amendment

2010 marks the 90th anniversary of the ratification of the Nineteenth Amendment, which gave women the right to vote. The amendment was ratified on August 18, 1920. Linda McShannock, Object Curator at the Minnesota Historical Society, shows objects in the society's collection related to the Women's Suffrage Movement in Minnesota.
