James Norton tries lutefisk so you don't have to

CHOW Supertaster (and editor of local food site the Heavy Table) James Norton takes on one of Scandinavia's most notorious delicacies: lutefisk. The encounter doesn't go very well: the problem isn't so much the flavor but the texture, which Norton likens to "clear fish Jell-o." Yum.
