“Food can be grown anywhere,” explains Stefan Meyer as he stands with Mike Pursell in the former parking lot that the two have converted into Growing Lots Urban Farm. Located mostly in Minneapolis’ Seward Neighborhood, the farm primarily serves CSA (Community-Supported Agriculture) subscribers.
