    MINNROAST A BIG SUCCESS

    Thanks to the 425+ people who attended the first annual MinnRoast at the Graves 601 hotel on the evening of April 1. We're still counting, but we think we made our goal of netting $50,000 from the event to support MinnPost.

    At the end of the show, Joel Kramer, MinnPost Editor and CEO, announced the creation of the MinnPost Watchdog Journalism Fund, to finance the reporting and publishing of ambitious investigative and enterprise stories.  Joel said that he and his wife Laurie will match all contributions to the fund made during the month of April.   If you would like to donate to the Watchdog Journalism Fund, click here.
