    Tornado touchdown near Austin

    Here's an amazing video, shot by Brad Nelson, of a tornado that touched down in Austin, Minn., last night. Austin's police chief said there were three confirmed tornado sightings Wednesday. Mower County officials said this morning that power has been restored in the Austin but there are still some outages in other areas.
