Smart-guy alert

Dorsey lawyer Roger Magnuson, who worked on the Bush-Gore case and has long represented conservative causes, made his first appearance of the Franken-Coleman recount today at the State Canvassing Board hearing.
Magnuson also represented the Twins when the team was attempting to get out of its lease at the Metrodome.
The guy is incredible in court, and, should this recount get into that venue, the Coleman team has got an All-Star.
