Senate recount trial: Franken side will rest its case Wednesday

In a surprising but welcomed move, Al Franken's lawyer Marc Elias said today his side will rest its case Wednesday. This will shorten the trial and bring the U.S. Senate election contest to a head sooner than expected. More later.
