20th Annual Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Holiday Breakfast

• 7 a.m., Minneapolis Convention Center, 1301 Second Ave. S.
• Sponsored by the General Mills Foundation and UNCF. Keynote speaker is the Rev. Dr. Joseph E. Lowery.
• Ticket: $30 but it is sold out.

Martin Luther King Jr. Celebration and March

• Rally — 9:30 a.m. at St. Paul Central High School, 275 N. Lexington Parkway S.,
• March — 10:35 a.m., From Central High School to Concordia University, a half-mile walk to the Gangelhoff Center.
• Main Program — 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., Gangelhoff Center, Concordia University, featuing a historical Power Point exhibit, musical, dance, spoken-word and poetry performances, as well as awards and various elected officials speaking on the legacy of King.
• Education Fair — 1 to 3 p.m., Gangelhoff Center

Family activities, Powderhorn Park

• Noon to 3 p.m. 
• Family entertainment, activities, games, and a light snack.
