Rukavina drops out; endorses Kelliher

DULUTH — Tom Rukavina dropped out of the race before the fourth ballot results were announced and threw his support to Margaret Anderson Kelliher.
He said he was the best progressive in the race and is asking his delegates to vote for the second-best progressive, Kelliher.
