Dayton's 10:30 a.m. news conference to focus on stadium issue
Gov. Mark Dayton is holding a 10:30 a.m. news conference, and two sources tell MinnPost the governor will be addressing the Vikings stadium issue.
His media availability comes in the wake of a new proposal from the city of Minneapolis and stepped-up negotiations between Vikings owner Zygi Wilf and members of the Ramsey County Board.
