Dayton appoints two judges in southwestern Minnesota

Gov. Mark Dayton has appointed two new judges to the district court bench in the state's southwestern corner.

Gordon Moore, currently the Nobles County attorney, will have his chambers in Nobles County. He'll replace Judge Jeffrey Flynn, who will retire later this month.

Terry Vajgrt, an assistant state public defender, will work in Pipestone and Rock counties. He replaces Judge Timothy Connell, who has retired.
