    Assistant 'supers' are finalists to head White Bear Lake school district

    Two Twin Cities area assistant superintendents have been named as finalists for the top school job in the White Bear Lake district.

    Dr. Nancy Rajanen, assistant superintendent with the Robbinsdale Area Schools, will have a final interview with the White Bear school board today. On Tuesday, the board will interview Dr. Michael Lovett, Minnetonka School District assistant superintendent. The board hopes to make a final decision Wednesday.

    Rajanen and Lovett were selected from a list of five finalists for the job to replace Ted Blaesing, who retired in June after 15 years on the job.
