OK, so Al Franken is in a spot of difficulty about his January 2000 Playboy "Porn-O-Rama" piece right now.
But here's something you probably didn't know: William F. Buckley has a piece in the same issue. Thirty-five pages in front of Franken's.
Sadly for Franken defenders, the recently deceased conservative icon was not opining about Sexbots or erect nipples. Instead, Buckley name-checks Immanuel Kant and Ayn Rand and H.L. Mencken — none imagined with their clothes off.
Buckley's assignment: "The Future of Virtue."
