    Iowa Sen. Charles Grassley may end up attending the GOP convention in St. Paul, but it won't be as a voting delegate, the Washington Times reports. Evangelical Christians, a strong force in Iowa Republican politics, rejected the senator's request, the paper said in an article exploring the role of religious activists in party operations.
