    The Democratic Party plans to "welcome" delegates to the Republican National Convention with a big billboard showing Sen. John McCain embracing President Bush, the Associated Press is reporting. Oh, and Democratic officials also expect to have two-dozen "fact checkers" on hand to respond to Republican speakers' statements.
