    GOP updates convention speakers with double shots of Pawlenty and Coleman

    Gov. Tim Pawlenty has been added to the opening-day speaker lineup at the Republican National Convention —  and he's still on the list for the final day, too —  according to the updated convention schedule put out by RNC officials.

    Sen. Norm Coleman and Rep. Michele Bachmann are also newly added to Monday's list. Coleman's also is scheduled to speak on Wednesday.

    Doug Leatherdale, Host Committee chairman and former CEO of the St. Paul Cos. (now Traveler's insurance company) is now on the Monday schedule, too.

    Other newly added speakers include Senate Republican Leader Mitch McConnell of Kentucky, House Republican Leader John Boehner of Ohio, Sen. Lindsey Graham of South Carolina, Sen. Kay Bailey Hutchison of Texas, former Sen. Bill Frist of Tennessee and Michael Williams. chairman of the Texas Railroad Commission.

    Below are highlights of the revised Republican schedule.

    Service
