Norm Coleman today conceded the 2008 U.S. Senate race shortly after 3 p.m. in the backyard of his Crocus Hill home in St. Paul.
It set the stage for Gov. Tim Pawlenty to sign the election certificate to make Al Franken Minnesota's next senator.
