In Minnesota’s never-ending campaign season, Maureen Reed, who has her sights set on U.S. Rep. Michele Bachmann in the 6th Congressional District, is reporting that she’s raised $230,000 in the first eight weeks of her campaign.
Reed, a physician who has served as a member of the University of Minnesota board of regents, was the medical director of HealthPartners. She is seeking both the DFL and Independence Party endorsements.
