Gov. Tim Pawlenty today appointed four judges to the seats on the 10th Judicial District bench.

The new judges are:

Todd R. Schoffelman, an assistant Sherburne County attorney, who was previously an assistant Bloomington city attorney,  a reference attorney with West Publishing in Eagan, an assistant Pine County attorney and a law clerk in Ramsey County. His law degree is from the William Mitchell College of Law in St. Paul.

Bethany A. Fountain Lindberg, the Family Law Division chief attorney in the Anoka County Attorney’s Office. Previously, she was the Child Support Enforcement Unit chief attorney in the Anoka County Attorney’s Office, an assistant Anoka County attorney and an attorney with the Swanson Law Firm in Grand Marais. Her juris doctorate degree is from the University of Minnesota.

Daniel A. O’Fallon, an attorney and partner with the Robins, Kaplan, Miller and Ciresi law firm in Minneapolis whose law degree is from the University of Michigan School of Law.

Dyanna L. Street, an attorney  with the law firm of Fabyanske, Westra, Hart and Thomson. Her law degree is from the William Mitchell College of Law.

Schoffelman takes the seat in Chisago County that was vacant because of the death of Judge Douglas G. Swenson in February.

Lindberg, O’Fallon and Street will take seats in Anoka County vacated by the retirements of Judges Kenneth L. Jorgensen, David E. Doyscher and Stephen J. Askew.
