Minneapolis Mayor R.T. Rybak will appear at a joint meeting of three Minneapolis Rotary Clubs early Wednesday to discuss the state of the city's economy.
The 7:45 a.m. meeting is with City of Lakes, Minneapolis Uptown and Minneapolis South Rotary Clubs.
It's at the Minikahda Club, 3205 Excelsior Blvd., a private club, which makes it unlikely that any of Rybak's nine challengers in next week's mayoral election — many of whom have been clamoring for the mayor to debate them — will attempt to crash the party.
