    Pat Anderson starts gubernatorial campaign with 4-day tour

    Pat Anderson, the former GOP state auditor, kicks off her gubernatorial campaign today with a four-day road trip that will take her to 16 stops around the state.

    Anderson was known as Pat Anderson Awada when she was elected state auditor in 2002. She lost a re-election bid in 2006.

    Here's the plan:

    Today

    • 9 a.m. -- St. Paul State Capitol Rotunda
    • Noon --  Rochester Public Library
    • 2 p.m. -- Austin TBD
    • 5 p.m. -- Mankato TBD

    Tuesday

    • 9 a.m. -- Duluth Canal Park Lodge
    • 1:00 St. Cloud Holiday Inn & Suites
    • 3:30 p.m. --Alexandria Holiday Inn
    • 7:00 p.m. -- Douglas County TBD

    Wednesday

    • 9 a.m. -- Moorhead Courtyard by Marriott
    • 11:30 a.m. -- East Grand Forks City Council chambers
    • 3 p.m. -- Fergus Falls Otter Tail Power
    • 6:30 p.m. -- St. Cloud Candidate Forum

    Thursday

    • 9 a.m. -- Willmar, MinnWest Technical Campus
    • Noon -- Marshall Landmark Bistro
    • 2:45 p.m. -- Worthington, Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites
    • 5:30 p.m. -- Fairmont
