    Homeland Security sends $1.3 million to 19 Minnesota fire departments

    Nineteen Minnesota fire departments are getting money for training or new equipment, thanks to the Department of Homeland Security’s Aid to Firefighters Grant Program.

    Here's the list:

    • Maple Hill Community Fire Dept. — Operations and Safety, $38,396
